Commencement Participation Policy
Up to 10 tickets per graduate
Students may participate in commencement if all degree requirements are completed or will be completed at the end of the spring semester, including the cross-cultural experience and the CAAP examination.
With all other requirements met, a student may participate in commencement if no more than 6 credits remain uncompleted.
LAST DAY TO APPLY FOR GRADUATION is Friday, March 20, 2020
Clearance for Participation
If you have been cleared for participation by the Registrar's office, you will be allowed to participate in commencement activities. Traditional undergraduate students will be able to pick up academic regalia at Reunion Zero on Sunday, April 26, 2020. The last day to be cleared for participation is Thursday, April 23, 2020.
Important Dates to Remember
Friday, April 17, 10:10 a.m.
Mandatory senior chapel meeting, NNU Little Theatre. You will be given event instructions.
Thursday, April 23
Last day to clear for participation.
Sunday, April 26, 6:30 p.m.
Reunion Zero, Walden Hall
You will receive your regalia & commencement tickets at this event.
April 27 - May 1
Undistributed commencement tickets may be picked up at the Learning Commons Help Desk.
May 4 - 7
Remaining tickets and Regalia may be picked up at the Registrar's Office for students who are cleared.
Friday, May 8, 7:00 p.m.
Baccalaureate, Brandt Center, Swayne Auditorium (no ticket necessary)
Line-up 6:15 p.m. at the Learning Commons
Saturday, May 9, 8:30 a.m.
Final regalia pick up at the Johnson Sports Center Fieldhouse.
Saturday, May 9, 8:45 a.m.
Line up for commencement, Johnson Sports Center Fieldhouse. Wear cap, gown, hood and honor cords.
Saturday, May 9, 9:30 a.m.
